Overview

The city of Pacific, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2003 edition. Pacific, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.050 (adopted) with amendments at § 500.060.
• The International Residential Code, 2003 edition. Pacific, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.152 (adopted) with amendments at § 500.153.
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2003 edition. Pacific, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.140 (adopted) with amendments at § 500.150.

Residential Building Code
